Hydrocyclone, MICROTRON (MT)

Secondary filtration system that does not need any filter medium such as a filter mesh, cartridge filter, etc.

Apart from allowing a greater degree of filtration to be obtained than the primary filters, they help to improve the maintenance conditions of the system since they reduce the accumulation of sludge inside the tank, thus increasing the intervals between cleaning

Characteristics

The unit uses centrifugal force, which is generated when liquid is pumped to a specified pressure

• The pumped liquid generates a cyclone effect within the body of the unit.
• Due to the centrifugal force and the force of gravity, the solid elements contained in the dirty liquid are separated.
• The degree of filtration obtainable is 20 microns over 90%..
• It does not use any form of filtering medium.
• All the internal structure is stainless steel, making it very resistant to wear.

General specifications

• The range of treatable flow is between 30 l/min and 500 l/min.
• It can be set up individually for a single machine, or in a system for several machines.
• It is specially designed to avoid the formation of foam.
