Combined self-cleaning filter

Combined self cleaning filter for the processing of thick chips, long ones or very long ones and tending to form balls.

It is capable to process a more aggressive chip, which with another type of unit would provoke several problems like cracks in the mesh or problems with the evacuation of the chips.

Characteristics of the combined self-cleaning filter.

Very adequate for multi operation machines, it allows to obtain filtration grades of 30-50 micras at 90%.

It is a combined hinge conveyor filter with am evacuating belt through scrapers. By the hinge conveyor, the largest and thickest chips are evacuated. The rest, the finest ones, are processed by the drum filter and the scraper belt.

It processes large and curled chips

The hinge conveyor also allows us to process curled chips.

Possibility to process magnetic and non-magnetic chips.

Adding a bed of magnets in the bottom of the filter, we improve the unit regarding the processing of metallic particles.
